Magacho-Vieira and colleagues33 evaluate the safety of using large diameter cannulas in nonsurgical rhinoplasty procedures in their article. They present a review of clinical outcomes and emphasize the importance of skillful technique and anatomical knowledge when using larger cannulas. The authors conclude that while large diameter cannulas can be effective, careful consideration and proper training are essential to ensure patient safety and minimize adverse events in aesthetic procedures (Level IV). Nonetheless, although rare in the hands of skilled injectors, such events are potentially life‐changing for patients. As responsible clinicians, we are obliged to mitigate risk as far as possible.
Patients provided informed consent and were advised of potential complications such as refractory wounds, long‐term treatment, nasal deformity, and hypertrophic scarring. Treatment protocols combining pharmacological and supportive therapies were individualized to optimize outcomes. Therapeutic interventions and a management algorithm for HA filler‐induced vascular compromise are detailed in Figures 1 and 2, respectively. This study assessed the efficacy and safety of nasal reshaping with Vycross HA fillers, using a free software (Face Master) to measure facial parameters. The thought that you can get your ideal nose shape in under 15 minutes sounds impossible, but Los Angeles-based cosmetic surgeon Alexander Rivkin has found a way to do it in — wait for it — approximately five minutes. In less than the time it takes to run a mile, Rivkin injects the bridge of the nose with hyaluronic acid filler (he prefers Restylane), creating a smooth, heightened nose using a treatment dubbed the non-surgical nose job.

The nose FACE‐Q module is a part of the FACE‐Q scales, it consists of 10 validated questions concerning patient's satisfaction with nose and four questions about adverse effects regarding the nose. For each question, a 4‐point scaling is used, with 1 being the minimal score for each question, and 4 being the maximal assessment. Individual scores were calculated as total out of 40 for patient satisfaction questionnaire or 16 for adverse effects. Nose adverse effects evaluation using FACE‐Q was performed by study subjects 48 h and 1 week after treatment for the purpose of safety assessment. Patients receiving threads treatment assessed the adverse effects 48 h and 1 week after the thread treatment but not after the additional treatment (BTX and, if needed, HA filler) 2 weeks later.
