Dropped my vehicle off after scheduling an appointment for a state inspection online the second time because the first time i did not get a confirmation call. No call backs to inform me of why it was taking so long or when it was ready even after calling and being told it should be done on the 2 days i called to find out the status. No return call to tell me either way even when i was told they would call me to tell me when its ready.
