They just repeat things like 'we can't cancel an order that was shipped', 'the order has shipped' etc, letting you know nothing can be done. Please be aware of my situation and probably try to  return in the store so that you can avoid this whole nightmare. I placed an order four weeks ago, the building it is coming from is 20 minutes away.
