In my role, I love nothing more than to support our amazing teams to continue to develop their skills, celebrate their successes, revisit our goals and our vision and critically reflect. All in order to provide children with the best opportunities to grow and learn through their love of play, creativity and that all-important sense of wonder. There is something amazingly special about caring for and being able to provide a high-quality education to other people’s children.
