The proximity to the beach was great and my pug enjoyed her multiple trips to the beach. Just 2 minutes’ walk from Surfers Paradise Beach, Quarterdeck Apartments offer self-contained apartments with a private balcony overlooking the beach. Step out to the absolute waterfront balcony equipped with comfortable furnishings to sit back and enjoy the serene water views.
The property is not a ‘party house’ and these activities are strictly prohibited. We are not able to accept Schoolie Bookings at our properties. If you misrepresent your booking and/or do Holiday House Rentals Gold Coast not comply with our Terms and Conditions we reserve the right to evict and retain all monies paid including the Security Bond. Bit of construction noise in early morning but we had young kids that were up at that time anyway, so wasnt a big deal. The washing machine was hopeless, and the pool was a great addition for the kids. The location, cleanliness and accuracy for a families needs was spot on. We were thrilled with the cupboard of games, colouring, toys and books for all of us. The beach was so close and lots of coffee and eating places within walking distance. Check-in time is from 3.00pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10.00am on departure date to allow time for the property to be prepared for the next guests.

The apartment is very clean and tidy and the pool is well looked after. Ten minutes drive to famous attractions such as Fisherman’s Wharf and prestigious restaurants, enjoy the short walking distance to Surfers Paradise. “Faultless house” – We have stayed at a few ‘waters’ houses on the Gold Coast and this bar far was the best ticking all the boxes.
From here you can look back to see the entire coastline up to Surfer’s Paradise and know that you have really slowed down. The southern Gold Coast has an array of shopping, cafes, restaurants, entertainment options and plenty of activities and attractions to keep the kids busy. If the full balance is not received Management has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let the property. A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to secure the booking within 2 days of the Booking Request Confirmation email. Bookings are not confirmed unless and until this deposit is received. The guests warrant this is for holiday purposes and indemnifies the Management for any other form of use. The details you provide may also be used to cover any additional costs that exceed the bond limit. This property is equipped with all linen including sheets, towels, quilts, blankets, pillows etc. We do suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Please inform Surfers Paradise Unique 7-Bedrooms Waterfront Holiday Home in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type.
We could do with a chest of drawers in the single bedroom. We are prepared to rebook sometime in the future. The designer Blum kitchen is extremely spacious and has a concealed butler’s pantry, Caesar stone benchtops, quality stainless-steel appliances and Nespresso coffee machine.
