Next up is a set of four gorgeously plated appetizers, lamb carpaccio, slow-cooked lamb heart, spicy lamb quesadilla and lamb short ribs jerky. The set gives you a great selection of different cuts of lamb and each item perfectly encompasses the distinct merits of each particular cut. While each dish is unique in taste and texture, our personal favorite was the lamb quesadilla. Located next to the heart of Harajuku lies Bistro Prime Lamb, Japan’s first dedicated lamb bistro. Sourcing only the highest quality ingredients, Bistro Prime Lamb uses a variety of cuts and inspired cooking methods to offer a diverse selection of lamb dishes to its customers.
Excess fat is melts, making the meat tenderer and highlighting the true flavor of beef. Chef Goto continues this process until the beef is thoroughly seared on all sides. Fat trimmed from the beef block earlier has been melted down in a sauce pan. During searing, Goto uses a brush to apply the melted down fat, which serves as a coating that prevents the beef from drying out.

It’s another historical excursion out of Kyoto today, as you make he journey to Himeji Castle after breakfast. You’ll board the Bullet Train heading due west to see the most celebrated castle in the whole country. Known as the White Heron Castle for its bright white exterior, this fortress was the seat of many of the most powerful warring clans during the long Sengoku period of bloody civil war. The current structure dates back to the very end of this era, and it’s never looked better after a recent restoration. You’ll also see Koko-en, a pristine landscape garden in the castle grounds, before tucking into lunch at a nearby restaurant.
We are proud of our patties made with meat supplied from our main restaurant, which is a yakiniku restaurant. Our most popular burger is the "Cheese Cheese Cheese" burger. As the only soup curry shop in Sumida City, our premises sit near Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree; popular Tokyo tourism destinations. Spices and flavor provide punch to our soup, teeming with large chunks of vegetables and meat. Our vegetable soup curry – including thirteen kinds of vegetables – is also quite popular.

The only thing more enjoyable than the incredible view of the city is their diverse, deluxe menu. If you’re a connoisseur of wine, you should look forward to Tokyo’s widest selection of U.S. bottles. If you have the pocket for fine dining, this place is one you can’t miss out on. After enjoying the unmarinated meat, it’s time to grill the marinated meat. As the lamb cooks, the melting fat will sink into the vegetables below.
