A pioneer for truffled beef, deep-fried breaded fillets, and their signature silk loin, Yoroniku is often imitated but never duplicated. The meat is carefully selected from Hiyama, a butcher shop in Ningyocho that has been open since 1912. Set courses are recommended, and expert staff will watch you to ensure you grill the meat precisely.
Wagyu JU is a Yakiniku restaurant located nearby Shimokitazawa Station in, Tokyo. Special yakiniku served at its peak as judged by artisans. The comfortable restaurant interior includes 13 private rooms, each with a distinct charm. A Dining Floor, a Banquet Floor, and a Royal Floor, where a special menu is served. We serve and try to make the best dining experience for all of our customers on every occasion. Our restaurant is famous for our signature menu “Udon-Suki” but we began and we seek the taste of Soba noodles. Every year, we search for the best of the best buckwheat, stone grind them every morning and deliver to our restaurants where noodles are made by hand. Ever since our founding, we have cooked our dashi broth for two hours every day in all our restaurants, stone grind our own cultivated buckwheat to make the noodles, and cook everything from scratch.

The customer seats are divided by partitions with pair seats facing the lane, and tables of four and six in their own box area as well as a private room.
